These last few weeks I have been busy thinking about all types of hair curls, formulating new 2 in 1 Shampoo bars for wavy, curly and hair with kinks and coils.
This is such an exciting week for our testers who have been discussing their hair, their difficulties and the product they would ordinarily gravitate towards when buying. This has directly informed these new formulations and I can’t wait to see and hear about all the results.
When pulling together the formulations, my research looked at the the cleansing agents that are both gently to the scalp and hair as well as being kind to our world. The blend of cleansers used incorporates a natural range of coconut derived ingredients that do not contain sulphate. These 2 in 1 shampoo bars can be used on both coloured and non coloured hair. This is a BIG deal for me as I have only recently let my natural colour come through after many decades of having both professional and home done hair colours.
The oils have been specifically chosen from a range of Soil Association Certified Cold Pressed Oils. Each 2 in 1 shampoo bars for wavy, curly and hair with kinks and coils, is blended to enhance the detangling needs of waves, curls, kinks and coils, making hair more manageable, whilst caring for our world.
The botanical extracts include clays, essential oils and other ingredients which have been added to complement balance, softness and shine needs. A rich conditioning element has been added to help with keeping the hair in good shape.
Each of the 2 in 1 shampoo bars are hand made by me. These 2 in 1 shampoo bars are on their way to the shampoo testers over the coming week. When I am satisfied that the formulations are making the testers feel good about their hair, I will add these products to the range available for everyone.
